Wild Weekender RNP

12 Wild women set out on a beautiful sunny morning to trek the Coastal track from Otford to Bundeena over two days, in the stunning Royal National Park. It was a weekend filled with laughter, big climbs, heavy packs full of treats, gourmet food, spectacular scenery, amazing moments, invigorating dips in the aqua ocean, more beautiful scenery and the famous WWoT limmericks to end. Watch this space for limmericks and comments from the team.

Health, Energy, Spas and Fun at Gwinganna

Hi Guys,

Just have to tell you about the most amazing week I've just spent resting, recharging, rejuvenating and re-educating myself at Gwinganna Health and Lifestyle Retreat on the Gold Coast!

If youre looking for a place to go, with or without your partner, this is the place ...

You spend your mornings doing Tai Chi, yoga, pilates, bush walking and learning about health and nutrition and the afternoon indulging in Ka Huna massages, spas, facials, and relaxation experiences. The food is sublime, detoxifying and delicious and you lose weight while eating 3 gourmet meals a day with snacks and herbal teas.

For more information, go to http://www.gwinganna.com/

And if you want to go, tell them you're a Wild Woman on Top and they'll really look after you!

One of the most important things I learned is that my body is healing itself between 1 and 3am, so if I go to bed by 10pm the best healing will take place and I'll be able to bounce out of bed at 6am for my morning training session. For Wild Women who are training for endurance events, this is really important. We need to train hard and rest hard!

Now I'm going to mediate at Machu Picchu, so keep safe and healthy,

Wild Wishes,

Di
